1. Introduction

SnuggleSwap is an online platform that facilitates the resale of pre-owned baby products between individual sellers (mothers) and buyers.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Role of the Platform

SnuggleSwap acts as an intermediary, not the seller or owner of any products.

We do not verify the quality, condition, or legality of items listed personally. The product condition is completely based on the pictures and videos shared by the seller and on accepting that condition by the buyer the sale proceeds.

Transactions are strictly between buyer and seller; SnuggleSwap is not liable for disputes.

3. User Eligibility

Only individuals above 18 years of age can register.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that the products listed are of good quality, clean, and safe for use.

4. Seller Obligations

Sellers must provide accurate and complete product descriptions and images.

Only pre-owned, safe, and legally allowed baby products may be listed.

Sellers are solely responsible for product quality and delivery, unless using SnuggleSwap’s logistics.

5. Platform Fees

SnuggleSwap charges a platform/commission fee from sellers for successful listings/sales.

The fee is non-refundable once a sale is completed.

GST at 18% is applicable on the platform fee.

6. Prohibited Items

No sale of unsafe, expired, damaged, or recalled baby products.

No sale of medicines, food products, or perishable goods.

No counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items.

7. Payments & Refunds

Payments are collected via the platform and remitted to sellers after deducting fees.

SnuggleSwap is not liable for refunds or returns once the sale is done.

8. Limitation of Liability

SnuggleSwap is not responsible for delivery failures, item quality, or disputes.

Users agree to indemnify SnuggleSwap for any legal issues arising from their use of the platform.

9. Data & Privacy

User data is collected as per our Privacy Policy.

Data will not be sold or misused but may be used for internal analysis and service improvement.

10. Suspension or Termination

SnuggleSwap reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, users agree to first attempt resolution through SnuggleSwap support.

If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in [Your City/State], India.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
