Clean & Folded: Ensure items are freshly laundered and neatly folded.

Boxing: Multiple clothing items can go in a soft courier bag or a small cardboard box.

Category 2: Soft Toys

Includes: Plush animals, stuffed dolls, and non-electronic cuddly toys.

Cleanliness: Ensure toys are dust-free and odor-free.

Packing Material: Use clear plastic bags or vacuum-seal if possible.

Protection: Place in a snug box to prevent squishing; do not overload.

Delicate Features: Protect elements like plastic eyes or sewn accessories with bubble wrap.

Category 3: Electronic & Battery Toys

Includes: Musical toys, light-up cars, battery-operated figures.

Battery Handling: Remove batteries and pack them separately in a small zip-lock.

Protection: Wrap items in bubble wrap and place in a sturdy cardboard box.

Original Box: If available, use the original packaging inside the outer box.

Void Filling: Use crumpled paper, foam, or air cushions to fill gaps.

Category 4: Baby Gear

Includes: Mobility Gear: Baby strollers (single/twin), baby bikes, ride-on cars.

Sleep Gear: Baby cots, bassinets, rockers, baby swings.

General Guidelines for Gear:

Disassembly: Disassemble large items as much as possible (remove wheels, trays, etc.).

Securing Parts: Bundle small parts in labeled zip-locks and tape to the main frame.

Folding: Fold strollers and rockers fully and secure with straps or zip ties.

Padding: Use foam sheets or bubble wrap, especially on edges and wheels.

Box Size: Choose a box that fits tightly to avoid shifting during transit.

Reinforcement: Double tape the bottom of the box; add “FRAGILE” if needed.

Category 5: Baby Cots & Large Furniture

Includes: Cribs, cots, toddler beds, and collapsible furniture.

Disassembly: Mandatory—remove all detachable parts (rails, slats, base).

Wrap Individually: Bubble wrap or foam-wrap each large piece.

Hardware: All screws and bolts in a sealed bag taped to one main part.

Boxing: Use a flat-packed heavy-duty box or layer with cardboard sheets and tie securely.

Edge Guards: Add cardboard edge protectors if possible.
